Shipping rates
The price you will pay for shipping is calculated by our fulfillment partner at checkout and based on actual cost to ship to a specific address.
Whenever possible, our shipping partner offers shipping rates that include all tax, duty, and import handling fees (in addition to "DDU" shipping rates which let you pay tax and duty upon arrival.)

Tax and Duty
If you are outside of the U.S. and the shipping rate you see looks high, it's typically because the rate includes tax or duty mandated by your government. Our "DDP" shipping rates include all duty, tax, and import handling fees. With these rates, you should not owe any additional money when the package arrives in your country. We also offer tax and duty unpaid shipping rates at checkout on some shipments.

Fulfillment Center Location
Keyboards and other products typically ship from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Replacement parts typically ship from our partner factories in southern China or our office in the U.S.

Cancellations 
You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. 
Once an order has been shipped by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. If you refuse delivery of a package you ordered from us, we will deduct from any refund the shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any and all costs we incur attempting to recover the package. If we are unable to recover the package, we will not be able to offer a refund.
